In the TOP-SPOT area there is Doctor Chaos, who upon interaction transforms into an Elite Monster.
The second location (PVP+FARM) Giran Harbor.
Primeval Isle has been removed from teleport.
Top-ls is obtained in the snowy location.

Start
All new characters start at level 40 with D-Grade equipment.
ACP is immediately available in macros; small CP pots can be purchased for adena, large CP pots for GB or FA.
Conversion skills (Adena -> Gold Bar), (Gold Bar -> Adena), and anti-buff have been added to skills.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd professions are completely free.
56 buff slots available; buff duration from the buffer: 2 hours.
Strider movement speed increased.
